Sorry, only just spotted your question on Day 51 . No S is a habit modification system which involved how we eat - it's not exactly a diet, in that it doesn't tell you what to eat, but WHEN to eat.

It is basically three meals a day, No Snacks, No Seconds, No Sweets except, sometimes, on days that begin with 'S' (Saturday, Sunday and Special days) 66 days ago

Sometimes it shows us a surprise around the bend we could never have anticipated. We make decisions based on the information we have...We accept our ups and downs as they come...We live "one day at a time."
But often we find it is only when we look back that we can see that what we had thought was a "wrong turn" has brought us to exactly the right place and every step was a right one after all!!
