I've been slacking for over a year now. I want to be thinner, but especially more toned. I've been lacking willpower and motivation everywhere in my life lately, so now it's time for a huge overhaul, including here. It's not just the weight, it's eating healthy, and I do it better when I have a "reward." Wish me luck!
LIFE OVER-HAUL PLAN:
Get 7-8 hours of sleep every night
Set schedule, go to bed at set time every (week night)
Leave house 15 min early (esp. for work) (DON'T BE LATE)
Pack protein for breakfast
Eat more fruits and veggies especially!
Workout: weights and tummy toning
130 lbs by 1/31/2011

Eat heathly and balanced
Bikram yoga, weights, tummy toning (crunchers), eat healthy, vitimins, get enough sleep, always leave 15 mins early!
