Definitely check out bodyrock! They're pretty amazing =]=] Their facebook also has loads of bodyrocker before and afters and motivational stuff =]

That all makes me super curious about trying out a bob dvd! I bet I would enjoy it =D I wonder if there's anyone I know that has a copy I could borrow? I'll have to ask around! haha

Cool! Bob harper is amazing, but I haven't tried any of his workouts yet! I've heard they are freaking FANTASTIC though, so please let me know what you think! I can so relate to the no gym mommy thing, that's my LIFE also! haha.. no gym for me here! Well, except for my HOME gym =p But I don't leave the house for that! I used to do a lot of dvds also, Jillian michaels ones and occasionally a new one here or there that I borrowed or found on netflix. Now I just do Bodyrock workouts, which are really similar to the jillian workouts (full body HIIT workouts) but I don't follow a video, I just pump up the music and DO IT =D

Happy belated birthday to your little one! Her pictures are absolutely adorable =] Sounds like you have a positive attitude and the right mindset for this journey! You're absolutely right that the quick fixes are NOT the way to go! Progress can be a slow moving animal... but with patience, determination and consistency you WILL get to your goals!!

What kind of workout program are you doing?
