I am not on a serious weight crash diet but I do like to keep trim and keep within the recommended 'weight-to-height ratio' often quoted in books and on Web Sites.

At just under 6 foot and a slim-to-medium build, I see 13 stone as an alert threshold which if I get close to, probably means I am increasing my intake on the in-betweens. You folks know what I am talking about.

This page acts as a reminder that I need to spend at least the same amount of time thinking ...
