Here I am again. I am 46, love to run and cycle and eat. Although I exercise a lot, I was eating like a world class athlete would eat! I gained 20 lbs. Yuck.

Then in October I had a health scare and decided enough messing around. I joined WW, and have lost 17 pounds. I only have 3 pounds to goal.
