You have to be motivated for life...

Today...NOW...I am once again a woman on a mission.

Today, I wake up with the realization that I have been living obese for nearly 25 years, almost half my life. That is a sobering and sad reality.

I have two grown children and two amazing grandchildren. I have a great job, family and friends who love and encourage me.

Hey T, hope all is well with you...haven't bumped into you outside the gym lately...been going a bit later, on days my knee allows me to go! :( But am starting PT today, so hope to be back to full workouts soon! Hope you're doing well!

Hahahahaha. I just reread my "HELP" blog from last Wednesday. I was going to delete it because I am embarrassed that I got that depressed about weight gain. But before I deleted it, I decided to reread the comments and your comment is so hilarious! You are just too funny, girl. And the other comments...one about someone sending her phone number, another about wishing she was close enough to go for a rum and diet coke with me...I can't destroy them...not right now anyway. Again, THANK YOU. I'm glad you are my spark friend!

Thank you, thank you, thank you for posting on my blog the other day. Yes you made me crack a smile:) There is a children's book about Alexander's bad, bad horrible day. That was one of those days. I did not want anyone minimising it, I think I was pretty clear about that, lol, and thankfully nobody did. I asked for hugs and I got them. This site is pretty neat, eh? I'm still having my bad days and down times but none as bad as that night. Thank you for being there and supporting me.

Thank you for commenting on my blog the other day. I was feeling like taking down my spark page but as I was reading the comments I realized that I really NEED this. Thank you for being an active part of such a supportive community.
