Thank you! That really means a lot to me. I haven't done so good in the past year and I feel really guilty over it. I gained over 30 pounds back in 2010. Not even with bad things! I just got lax on counting my calories accurately and gained all that weight on perfectly healthy foods. But, I've gone from 170 to 155 since January 1. Just gotta keep on trucking. The first week of May my husband and I are going on a belated honeymoon to London. My goal is to be back where I was by then.

Hey i just saw one of your post! I am also 180 hoping to be in the 140 zone. I am 20 years old. I have friends trying to help me but they dont have any weight issues and always tell me that a little is okay. I just recent graduated from college, and while i was there i always tried to lose the weight but couldnt. I am new to this site and i think if others are in my goal term it would be great to support eachother!
