My Goals:

End of Dec 2013, starting weight 160.5 My goal is 147, then when I get there I will reevaluate.

I had good results at first, but having the flu put a damper on things and it's been hard to get back on track.

My Program:
Trying to have my calories burned every day about 700 calories higher than my calories taken in. Also hitting for 10,00 steps per day.
