My Goals:
My very first goal is just to make time and actually exercise. That is the most important. Next baby goal is to stop grabbing the cookies! Following plan is really not a problem, its not grabbing one cookie.. oh just one more... ah one more's not gonna hurt... well might as well have a couple more, you've already had 6!
Personal Information:
I am a 40yr old mom of 1 teenager. I very much enjoy gaming online, however its taken its toll on me. So I am here to get motivated to eat better and exercise... however I will not stop gaming. Games are not more important to me, but that is what I do for fun and I have a lot of friends that I play with as well! I am willing to cut way back on the time I spend on them though :)
