Is to lose 50 lbs so that I can have fun with my baby girl. To lower my blood pressure and to avoid getting Diabetes as well.
I've cut back on sweets. I eat cereal or a grapefruit everyday. I need to include more fiber to keep me regular. I take vitamins everyday. Potassium, Calcium w/Vitamin D, Folic Acid and Emergen C (vitamin C).
I love to read. Mainly fiction. My favorite authors are Carl Weber, Mary B Morrison and Eric Jerome Dickey. I love movies too. Dreamgirls was really good. I want to see it again. I want to see Pursuit of Happiness and Stomp the Yard when it comes out this month.
How are things going? I know your motivation is back! I can't think of any greater motivation to lose weight than you. You are the very best that God has to offer and the world would be void without you. We all struggle at times and we all fall sometimes. The important things is to get back up and keep trying.
I am doing fine. Thanks for checking on me. I'm gearing for finals, which are in 1 1/2 weeks. After that, I can spark-it again. I didn't realize how time consuming five roles would be (wife, mother, pastor, student, secretary). I've made it thus far and I feel so energized and rejuvinated in my spirit.
