Hi, I still use the Shake Weight. I donít follow the video instructions fully though. But I think it does what it promises. The motion and force of the weight as it shakes does help tone the muscles. I also think more time per session is required than what they recommend. But in all, I do think its a good cost effective exercise equipment. But like any home equipment, it requires a lot of diligence. I find that I sometimes let other things keep me busy and lately havenít been following my exercise plan like I should. But you stopping by my blog has inspired me to get back to it. Happy Holidays!
