I like to spend too much time on the computer. I like to read Harry Potter. I like to crochet, sew small projects, and crossstitch. I like too many TV shows: "House", "Grey's Anatomy", "Burn Notice", "Psych", "In Plain Sight", "Brothers & Sister", "Private Practice" and "Deperate Housewives".

Nope, did not buy "The State of Slim": but as my 2013 blog indicated, much or what it recommends I do.

If you give it a try, I think a lot of people here would be interested!

Have used Dr. Judith S. Beck's "Beck Diet Solution" (several times, refresher always needed). And Susan Estrich's "Making the Case for Yourself". And of course Steve Siebold's amazing free www.fatlosers.com program -- several times also!
