Welcome to the Cloverleafs. I am new to this team. I was absent from SP for over a year when I returned in Dec. I gained 20 lbs while I was gone and need this challenge! Would love to be friends. I will let you decide, and will friend back.

Welcome to the Cloverleaf team! I'm one of the leaders and we are glad to have you! I saw your comment about plantar fasciitis. I have that issue, too. Have suffered off and on for years! Such a pain (LOL!). Just when I get a nice walking routine going that tendon starts to protest! So frustrating, isn't it!!!

Nope, did not buy "The State of Slim": but as my 2013 blog indicated, much or what it recommends I do.

If you give it a try, I think a lot of people here would be interested!

Have used Dr. Judith S. Beck's "Beck Diet Solution" (several times, refresher always needed). And Susan Estrich's "Making the Case for Yourself". And of course Steve Siebold's amazing free www.fatlosers.com program -- several times also!
