Welcome BACK Angie! Congrats on taking the first steps in your new healthy lifestyle.
I highly suggest resetting your program (Spark Diets Stages) back to the beginning. You can do that on your "Start" page.

Be sure to follow the Fast Break steps that will then come in your email for the next 2 weeks. They are designed to help you make small changes (baby steps!) that will eventually become lifelong healthy habits.
