I figured it was time to give the page a little facelift. Sorry no new pictures am still on borrowed computer, but soon.Lots has changed and I went wayyyy off track. But I am now ready to start returning slowly. I am now trying to follow the three L's Live Laugh and Love. I have found that as much as I want someone to take care of me I am just addicted to working. The social interaction and the thrill of helping someone is really addictive. I am just not happy trying to be a sit at home mom/wife. Things have not always gone as we counted on but we still have our life and our ability to laugh and love, and that is enough to keep us going. Hubby and I are perfect fit because when I am down he picks me up and I am his biggest fan. I hope to be back to blogging and logging again on a regular basis I must get back to where I was when my weight was considered healthy. Gotta reset all my trackers and start over. But like the commercial says "We are worth it".

Goals for 2010
1. Reduce Stress
Find new ways to have Family Fun on holidays without food being the focal point.
Find new ways to cope with uncontrollable stress
Practice Daily Meditation
Get back to my hobbies of Needlepoint and crafting
Get Budget worked out better
Practice Smile Therapy every day
Walk every day, meeting my goal each week on my fitness page
2. Move into a larger place.
Start saving 5 dollars per paycheck to cover moving expenses.
3 Lose 10 pounds getting back to goal weight and learn to maintain that weight.
Track Nutrition and Fitness each day.
Eat more whole foods and less processed foods.
4. Marathon by year end.
Walk/run in every charity event in my area this year.
Start running in my daily walks and increase time until I am running the entire route.
5. Organize and De-clutter my life.
Start in one room and continue going through everything


My Program:
Cardio 6 days a week and Strength training 3 days a week.
To keep up with all my challenges.
Keep Nomi #1!
Do my workout daily.
Delegate- Stop trying to do it all.
Enjoy 1 Free Day each week-NO WORK!!!!
Continue to eat within caloric limits.
Spend at least 1 hr a day outside.
If you drop it, pick it up.
If you pick it up, put it away.
If it needs doing, Do it now.
