Well ladies I am back. I wish I could say my time away was just a party every day but that would be a lie. I left here at 106 pounds below my goal and was walking in every charity walk as I could even making it a family outing. We had a storm that took out our computer's motherboard and my internet. Business was down after the oil spill and aftermath so hubby and I had to move for work. While he was scoping out the new job market and getting a job, I went to the one place i was sure I could get a job at Wal-mart. I was hired for seasonal help, just for Christmas. They kept me on and hired me permanent after they saw how I worked. After 5 years I had to quit due to the back injury. Got pretty bad, there are days when I can't walk to the mailbox. We came back here where hubby instantly found a job. My doctor and I are working on finding which medication is going to be best for me but with the Thyroid condition I now have the weight is back. Now I am looking for how to get rid of the extra weight without making my back worse. I have a few things going for me, I have determination, desire,all the benefits of Sparkpeople, as well as the knowledge that this is a journey not a race.. Small goals lead to bigger ones. Together we all can succeed!!!

Find new ways to have Family Fun on holidays without food being the focal point.
Find new ways to cope with uncontrollable stress
Practice Daily Meditation
Get back to my hobbies of Needlepoint and crafting
Practice Smile Therapy every day
Walk every day, meeting my goal each week on my fitness page
Move into a larger place.
Start saving 5 dollars per paycheck to cover moving expenses.
Track Nutrition and Fitness each day.
Eat more whole foods and less processed foods.
Organize and De-clutter my life.
Start in one room and continue going through everything

My Program:
Cardio 6 days a week and Strength training 3 days a week.
To keep up with all my challenges.
Keep Nomi #1!
Do my workout daily.
Delegate- Stop trying to do it all.
Enjoy 1 Free Day each week-NO WORK!!!!
Continue to eat within caloric limits.
Spend at least 1 hr a day outside.
If you drop it, pick it up.
If you pick it up, put it away.
If it needs doing, Do it now.

I am married to a wonderful man who tells me that I am his soulmate and supports me in whatever I want to do. He is so supportive and even does the walks with me. He is the reason I will succeed.
