I can have so much success, so many other places in my life, why can't I follow through and succeed here?

I need to get fit and healthy, while I can. Every year it gets harder and harder to lose weight and exercise. Do I really want to wait until I'm 65 and on heart medication, with replacement knees before I take the warnings to heart?

I love life. Love outdoor activities. I love doing things with my family. I love seeing the world. Yet I'm handicapping myself with ...

No More.

A simple mantra, Eat Better, Move More, Everyday.

Cut out Cokes. Eat less fried foods. Slowly clean up my eating.

Park further away. Take the stairs. Get up and walk around when I have a phone call. Walk/Jog/Run at least 20 minutes a day.

Follow through Everyday. If I stumble get back up. Nana korobi ya oki. (Fall Down 7, Get up Eight).
