Hi everyone. I am special education teacher who is known for doing a lot for everyone but myself. Things need to change. I need to loose about 50 pounds! I actually could loose 70 if I went down to prebaby weight! I hope the sparkpeople community can embrace me, encourage me, and advise me how to do this God knows I need help!

My Goals:
I would like to feel better. I would like to get back into my size 12's and then buy some new smaller sizes. I want to set a good example for my girls.

My Program:
I will exercise at least 5 times a week for at least 30 minutes. I will not eat past 7:00 pm. I will drink at least a liter of water a day. I will consume less then 1500 calories a day.

Personal Information:
I am a mother of two wonderful little girls. I have a great husband that I have been with since I was 16! Married 17 years. I am a type 1 diabetic, I have chronic hives, I am a special education teacher, youth minister, soccer coach, etc.

Other Information:
I love to read. I am currently reading A New Earth, from Oprah. I also love going to the movies. I am crazy over Disney! Did I mention that I am crazy over Disney?

Hi. I actually started at 204, and then I weight 198, then on a different scale I weighed in at a hefty 207! God I hope this works. I don't want to be fat! I just want to be healthy! I have several health setbacks, Type I diabetes, Chronic Hives, I'm on steroids, scoliosis, and hip and knee pain, (even before I got fat). I'm just taking one day at a time and try not to screw up too bad if I do.
