I've tried putting his front paws up first, but his back legs collapse when I do that. He really has no strength in his hind legs. But thank you for the suggestion anyway…… ;o)

Todays exercise of choice is the elliptical for 20+ minutes after work. It's too hot & muggy to walk at lunch today. I'll make a few laps inside to keep moving.

How about you? How's it going?

I packed my lunch for today and have dinner planned. it's mostly vegetable based.

Good Morning!

Ok, NO distractions today :) We eat on plan, get that water down, and get some activity in our day.

Are you with me :D

Yesterday I flubbed, so today I'm reflecting on why I thought it necessary to have a Bavarian cream donut. Those little sugar/fat bombs just hop right into my hand. So I was starving by lunch. I'm not going to be starving by lunch today because I'm eating a healthy, filling breakfast.
