    I just started back up on Sparkpeople... I've joined a group (The BLC) that weighs in on Wednesdays. Our first weigh in is this Wednesday. So that's my "Day 1". I've also convinced some people at my work to do a 10 week biggest loser challenge starting on Wednesday too. So how about every week we just give each other progress reports? Just check in on each other?
