My Goals:

5% Summer Challenge
My Goal is to continue with Maintenance and focus on Menus and Exercise balance. If weight loss happens... well that will be wonderful! :D





My Program:
My menus will consist of 5 fruits and veggies per day. I also want to eat fish at least twice a week.

My exercise plan is to use Leslie Sansone's workout DVDs 3 times a week, and alternate with Coach Nicole's Resistance Band Dvd three times a week.

I will also utilize my Wii fit U My Routine workouts and active Wii games.

Personal Information:
63 y/o. Ive been married for 12 years to a very supportive husband. I Love riding my horse, Charlie Brown, riding my motor cycle, reading, most music, playing my Ukulele, and working out. I especially like to camp and ride with my horsey friends.

Other Information:
3/7/15 Today I am starting another chapter. I am starting Maintenance. My weight today is 134.7. This is going to be a great journey, I can feel it! :D

Yes ideally they would have started the race half an hour later but I guess they wanted to give enough time for the 20k people.

I made sure to drink plenty of water before the race and on the 2nd loop switched to a sports drink which had me feeling much better, I was grabbing two cups at a time for a little walk break.

Well that's me done racing until October, where I hope to tackle a half marathon! emoticon

Wow...you have gotten more of this rain than us! We got 3 inches on Saturday.. total of 10 inches in 8 days! UGH! I swear you would think we were in a tropical storm! Too bad you have had so much tree damage. The last dog I had, used to be petrified of the storms! I see middle of this week is supposed to be clear for 3 days!! Well, one nice thing I can say for it...20 degrees cooler!!! emoticon
