I am 64 years old. I have been married for nearly 13 years. I joined SP July 21, 2014 and lost 37 pounds in the first six months. After this loss, I went through a gain/loss period. I will be working hard during the 5% challenge to lose 5% of my current weight.

I will work on my 10,000 steps plus per day streak, taking it one day at a time. In addition, I will aim to walk 10 mins. consecutively, every day and work on consistency with exercise and menus.

My Goals:
Measure Everything I eat.
Walk 10,000 steps plus every day.
Exercise at least 30 minutes per day (in 10 min. increments).
Add more veggies and fruit to meals.
Drink at least 8 to 12 glasses of water every day.
Lose 10 to 15 pounds more.





My Program:
My diet will be to eat within 1200 to 1400 calories every day, utilizing spark recipes and adding more veggies and fruit to my meals.

I will consume 8 to 12 glasses of water every day.

My Exercise program will consist of Leslie Sansone DVDs, Resistance bands, Playing Wii U Games, Farm Chores, Playing my Ukulele and riding and camping with my horse, Charlie Brown

Personal Information:
64 y/o. I've been married for 13 years to a very supportive husband. I Love riding my horse, Charlie Brown, reading, most music, playing my Ukulele, and working out.

Other Information:
3/19/16 I am going to work hard to get back down to 135# during the Spring Challenge.

3/7/15 Today I am starting another chapter. I am starting Maintenance. My weight today is 134.7. This is going to be a great journey, I can feel it! :D

Thanks for the smiley face. I started the anti - biotic today. I do have some wheezing, but I'm not terrible short of breath. I should be able to play on Sat. for rehearsal and then Sunday. I am doing a special baroque piece for the prelude in a few weeks. It is so beautiful. We tried it out with piano accompmaniment, and next time we'll try the organ and see which sounds more "Baroque". I have a feeling the organ will win out.

Have a gppd evening. I'll be watching our Lightning play against the NY Islanders for the Stanley Cup Playoffs tonight. Go Bolts! emoticon
