I am 65. I have been married for 14 years in February. I have 4 dogs, a cat and a horse. I joined SP July 21, 2014 and lost 37 pounds in the first six months. After this loss, I went through a gain/loss period. I will be working hard to lose the pounds I have regained. I want to feel good about myself again and get rid of this stomach.

Even though I am enduring chronic bone on bone pain in my knee, back and mostly my right thumb, I will continue to work on at least 5000 steps plus per day (or as many as my knees allow), taking it one day at a time. In addition, I will aim to walk at least 10 mins. consecutively, every day and work on consistency with menus.

I know I can do this with the help of my SparkFriends.

My Goals:
1. Measure and track everything I eat.
2. Walk at least 8,000 steps plus every day.
3. Exercise at least 30 minutes per day (in 10 min. increments).
4. Add more veggies and fruit to meals.
5. Drink at least 8 to 12 glasses of water every day.
6. Keep exercises fun.
7. Be healthier and be able to buy smaller clothes
8. Feel Good about myself
9. Try new recipes or revamp old ones
10. Praise God



My Program:
My diet will be to eat within 1200 to 1400 calories every day, utilizing spark recipes and adding more veggies and fruit to my meals.

I will consume 8 to 12 glasses of water every day.

My Exercise program will consist of resistance bands, walking and farm chores and exercise bike. I will use resistance bands and dumb bells for strength training along with planking. I love my Wii fit U and Walk it Out and will utilize them as cardio exercises.



Personal Information:
I Love riding my horse, Charlie Brown, I love my fur babies, reading, most music, playing my Ukulele, and working out.


Other Information:
3/7/15 Today I am starting another chapter. I am starting Maintenance. My weight today is 134.7. This is going to be a great journey, I can feel it! :D
