My Goals:
I recently had a big thought come into my head which I used as my status some time back. It was: Ever gone your whole life dieting & found you STILL haven't lost the weight? You can now either give up or actually FINISH & reach your goal for the first time in my your life! My ultimate goal is to get to 145 & at least to a size 12. 2013 Spring 5% Challenge which is 11 lbs for me. I'm planning on this being on the minimum side for me. I'd like to get under 210, if possible. Goals: Spring challenge: 210 or less 1. 199 or less 2. 195 3. 180 4. 170 5. 160 6. 154 7. 145 Rewards: $.25 for every pound I lose & $1.00 everytime I a hit 10 lb. loss. (money is tight. LOL) Pedicure Massage My long term goal is to be down to 180 or lower before my Granddaughter's wedding to her life partner in July 2014.
My Program:
Calories - 1100-1300 Exercise - at least 30 minutes a day. I set my goal at 4-6 days a week - at least 3 days of cardio, then and/or weights or WII or outside activities the other days. Fit into a pair of pants I need for our Red, White, & Blue program for July. One size shouldn't be hard! Line dancing: 2-3 times week. Recumbent Cycling: 4-5 times a week.
Personal Information:
I'm normally very quiet until I know someone well. People consider me very fair, trustful, honest, fun to be around, & easy to get along with. Normally I am slow to anger but when you push me past my limit, watch out. You will KNOW you pissed me off. (Must be the Italian in me. LOL.) About me: I'm strong yet I'm a little girl at heart, sometimes too nieve but not stupid, I'm fun to be around when you get to know me well, I don't like to be made fun of, I've got a sensitive heart but won't be fooled, I'm good at first impressions, and can easily read someone after a few meetings, I'm very intuitive. I tend to doubt myself alot then find out I was right all along. Characteristics: I tend to analyze things to pieces before making decisions, I expect all or nothing, I tend to be a perfectionist & will nag myself to death if things don't go the way I plan. Feelings I hate: Feeling abandoned Feeling invisible Feeling lied to
