working toward a better me

My goal is to just be the best that I can be. As the years go by, I always seem to put things off. Not any longer. The time is now to be healthy, to enjoy, to live and to love. What I do today will affect the type of life I have tomorrow.

My Goals:
1. lose weight
2. fit comfortably into a size 8-10
3. set a good example for my children
4. live a long healthy life so that I can play and enjoy those I love
5. excel in my career

My Program:
I try to meet my goals by walking, weght training, doing exercise videos and consciously eating.
