Re your post in "daily calorie count" Sparkies down-under. The only way to know how many calorie you are eating is using the Food tracker from your tools menu. You don't have to weigh everything, many of the foods entered give you the choice of portion in a drop down menu. Some things you might have to weigh in the beginning ( eg meat portions) until you learn to make a visual assessment of the weight or size. It works if you work it. But you can't do it until you are at the right moment, that is when your weight makes you suffer more than the consolation food gives you for that brief moment that it goes through your mouth and throat. Good luck in your journey Claudia
Thank you for dropping by my SparkPage and commenting on my blog. I really appreciate it. Buddy wouldn't take any notice of me if we reversed roles. I think Jillian Michaels deserves some credit for my weight loss, she is way more relentless than he.
