I'm back again!

I am a 49 year old Mother of 3 small children, 2 boys and a girl. I messed up. I've gained back a lot of the weight I lost last time around. No excuses, no self-recriminations. I'm done with all that and ready to get back on the road to health for all of us!

2014 is going to be a great year, I can feel it!!

Thanks for stopping by my blog! I struggle with eating enough some days, as well as the nutrient part. It is odd that I haven't missed bread or starchy stuff like noodles or rice. I prepare just enough of those things for DH, and don't feel tempted.
Not drinking the sodas is a real challenge for me. I loved my diet caffeine free Sundrop! After the report my friend read me about how citrus sodas affect inflammation in RA patients, I have quit... cold emoticon I think it is the bubbles I like best in soda. Perhaps I'll try some flavored sparkling water when I feel the need for fizzle...LOL!
Hope your weekend is going well! I managed to get in 15 minutes on the treadmill for the first time in months... felt pretty good! emoticon

Hi! YOU are SO sweet... thanks for the blog visit and the encouraging supportive comments. I really do appareciate it! Feel free to drop by any time... because I had to work so hard to find the information I needed to heal myself and my family, it has been really important to me to pay it forward. I suspect some people feel I overhsare, but I simply answer questions I couldn't find answers to. It makes my day when someone gets something out of it.

Be well, and may our journey be fruitful (I hope your husband feels beter soon)!

Ramona

I find stopping to be thankful for what I have is helpful too. Glad that you were able to do that yesterday!
