2015 Cloverleafs Summer 5% CHALLENGE!! I'm Ready

I am ready for my new challenge and determined to lose 5% of my weight.
My plan is simple:
1- eat within my calorie range
2- drink at least 8 glasses of water
3- exercise 6 days a week
4- eat more veggies and fruits
