Adobo Running

Hi:
At 46 and pre-diabetic it's really a MUST to be healthy. I play a lot of basketball during my youth. Now, my right heel hurts because of spurs and unable to do the kind of basketball that I want to. Fortunately, I can still run 2 miles a day and 6 miles during weekends, hit the gym regularly but have problems sleeping (insomnia). Adobo is one of my favorite dish! I'm a once-a-week or whenever-I-want-to vegetarian (It's hard to resist yummy beef kebabs or grilled pork!)

Get to 166 lbs, trim my belly and continue my runs... those are my "keeping healthy" goals.

Oh, and someone please tell me if I should have my heel operated on.
