When you first started training for your triathlon, were you already a good swimmer? I can swim and I think I do it pretty decently, but when I timed myself last summer, I realized I was a lot slower than the normal person. I want to start using the pool once a week, but I don't know how to get my swimming better, to be more efficient. Do you have any suggestions? 1670 days ago
Thanks for the comment on my blog. I hate being in this position and for so long now it seems. I'm sad I'll have to miss races that are important to me. I truly hope I'll get back to what I love soon. 1671 days ago
Noellie, I didn't know you had a calf injury!! Daaaaayum. The Oly distance tri in FL sounds super, but it could be that the warm weather is sounding REAL good to me right now, LOL.
How long will you be at Ft. Meade? That's going to be cool. But yeah, moving is traumatic, hahaha. Getting to a new place is always exciting. But I'm also freaking out over whether or not our stuff will even make it to the new location. So glad to hear your hubby is coming home soon, too.
I'm trying out snowshoeing in a few weeks. Gonna see how badly I fare on that! It'll be fun. 1674 days ago
Hey, it's so nice seeing you on my page! What's been shakin' with ya? I'm doing great, not running as much as I was last year. But I'm still working out a lot (still stick with my 5-6 day/week sched).
Hope you're doing great. I wanna know what you've been up to as well! 1677 days ago
