oh hi there.
my name is sol and i am a mental health professional living in boston, though originally from florida.
i have been overweight/dieting/overeating/depressed on a steady loop since middle school, and just now trying to break the cycle.
two years ago i went from the 230s to 187, but unfortunately gained a bit back over the depressing boston winter.
since then, i have maintained between 195 and 205.
now i am just trying to get back into the swing of ...

now i am just trying to get back into the swing of things, with eating right and getting re-accustomed to being an exerciser.
I WOULD LOVE TO BE 175 by my 30th birthday on january 29th!
but my long-term goal is to be in the 150-160 range, working out a few times a week and eating what my body needs without having to track-- i think i should just know!
i just changed my name from sstartup to nodoovers (no do-overs, but i think "no doovers" is hilarious) because it's just this one life and i wanna do it right! #YOLO etc.!!!

OH MY GOSH! YOU ARE RIGHT! WE ARE ABOUT THE SAME WEIGHT, BOTH SOCIAL WORKERS, WANT TO DO A 5K AND GIRL YOU ARE IN MY DREAM STATE! I LOVE BOSTON. I WILL BE THERE IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS FOR MY ROUTINE VISIT! WE SO CAN GET THROUGH THIS PART OF OUR JOURNEY! DON'T DEFINE YOURSELF BY YOUR WEIGHT AND GROW AS I HAVE ONCE I MADE THAT RECOGNITION!
