My Goals:
I would like to have a "taste" for eating healthy rather than forcing myself to eat things I don't necessarily like.

My goal is to make regular exercise an integral part of my life rather than a spark that fizzles after some time.

My Program:
In order to meet my goals I will get in at least 300 minutes of activity a week.

I will not overeat. I will not overdo snacks/treats. I will respect my body by making far better choices of what I put in it.

On a daily basis I will write, read, watch, study or listen to anything that will keep me motivated.



Personal Information:
I have been married to my husband for almost twenty years. We have two children, a boy and a girl of both whom are excellent athletes. Someday I hope to grow up to be just like them.

2 Timothy 1:7 Paul says to Timothy, "For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but a spirit of power, of love and a sound mind.

It looks like we are close to the same age and the same weight. My height is 5'8" so I must be taller than you because my goal weight is 160-165. I started spark people on 3-17-2011. It looks like you started a few days before me. Good Luck
