My Goals:
I would like to have a "taste" for eating healthy rather than forcing myself to eat things I don't necessarily like.

My goal is to make regular exercise an integral part of my life rather than a spark that fizzles after some time.

My Program:
In order to meet my goals I will get in at least 300 minutes of activity a week.

I will not overeat. I will not overdo snacks/treats. I will respect my body by making far better choices of what I put in it.

On a daily basis I will write, read, watch, study or listen to anything that will keep me motivated.



Personal Information:
I have been married to my husband for almost twenty years. We have two children, a boy and a girl of both whom are excellent athletes. Someday I hope to grow up to be just like them.

2 Timothy 1:7 Paul says to Timothy, "For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but a spirit of power, of love and a sound mind.

I saw your I need support post in the huddle today. So I just wanted to encourage you to continue the journey no matter how difficult it may get. I get my motivation from writing sayings on note cards and then posting them where I can see them later, so here's two I'll share with you when things are getting tough ...

Think about ALL the successes you have HAD! And How about ALL those hills you conquered!

How are you doing on your weight loss journey? I haven't been losing but I haven't been gaining either which is good. I am determined to start losing! We have a lot of fresh garden veg.'s getting ready so I plan to eat more of that and start getting somewhere.
