My Goals:
I am tired of wasting time. I realize that nothing is going to happen by itself, and watching The Biggest Loser made me realize there is nothing magic about it. I just need to work hard and I will get there. I want to be healthy and more active.

My Program:
I am eating three meals a day with 3 snacks. I want every bite of food I eat to be beneficial and not wasted calories. I am working out 5 times a week, 30 minutes on the elliptical burning just over 300 calories, and then walking on the treadmill at 5% incline until I burn 200 calories. I also alternate uppera dn lower body each day.

Personal Information:
I leave on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. I have just made a significant job change and I am now working at home. I have two children in college and have been married 27 years.
