Push it past the limit!

I just turned 40 in May! I graduated in December 2008, with a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Human Performance. I have been a certified Personal Trainer through NASM for over a year and a half. I now work part time at the YMCA in the fitness center and in addition to personal training, I also teach Silver Sneakers classes and soon hope to be teaching a Kettlebell class. I have a husband and 2 boys who keep life hopping! Life keeps getting better all the time.

I've worked at the Y for almost 8 yrs. Started at the front desk and still work there as well as Fitness training. I became a certified trainer about 3 years ago. I love teaching the WOW classes. They are our most popular ones. I teach 2 on Tues/Thurs. and the fitness director teaches 2 on Mon/Wed, and 3 on Tues/Thurs. I love what I do!
Nice to meet you btw. :)

When it is obvious that the goals cannot be reached,
don't adjust the goals, adjust the action steps.

Our current weights are the same and our goal weights are close. We need to cheer each other on.
