My Goals:
I have been "slightly overweight" most of my life, and want my "golden years" to be my best!
My Program:
My program is to eat a balanced, low calorie diet. And to stay away from alcohol except on special occasions. (That drink in the evening can really pack on the calories!)
Of course to exercise on a regular schedule.
