I'm so excited to find this site. I'm a 50 year old nurse who works 12 hr night shifts (7pm - 7am) and am about 50 lbs beyond my comfortable weight. I have seemed to develop this "buddha" belly that is uncomfortable. My endurance level is poor, I get short of breath easily with exercise. I'm married to a very active man which just makes me frustrated with myself for not being able to keep up. This program looks like just the "Spark" that I need.
