My Goals:
1/6/2011 - current (updated - again!) goals:
(1) Back to 126 by July. This is not my top priority -- just a pound a month, so I can focus on healthy habits, not on the scale.
(2) Better manage sleep and depression.
(3) Re-focus, re-charge, and re-prioritize.
(4) Fully occupy my life.
8/22/2009 - current (updated) goals:
(1) Get back down to 126. My new date is in November.
(2) Get back into the SparkPeople habit. I've gained 11 pounds back and need to get by good habits back.
(3) Keep working on sleep patterns - at least 8 hours/night.

12/25/2007 - original goals:
(1) Get down to 126 by the end of February
(2) Be halfway there by the time I go to Hawaii for my friend's wedding. I leave 1/24/08. [Update: I made this one!]
(3) Get at least 8 hours of sleep every night to decrease stress and manage my sleep disorders.

My Program:
(1) Following the Spark goals for calories, carbs, fats, and proteins.
(2) Drinking at least 8 glasses of water/day.
(3) Exercise again.
(4) Journal regularly.


Personal Information:
I live in Washington, DC. I'm 36, single, no kids, trynna keep it that way!

Other Information:
I'm making the choice to prioritize ME again. This includes:
(1) Getting healthy.
(2) Building a life in which all the beautiful pieces nurture each other, creating a whole that is more than the sum of its parts.
(3) *Forgot I had set this goal a few years ago. I'd say I've achieved this! Making more local friends (my close friends are spread all over the country).

I also started back this week. I've been done with the breast cancer and taking it day by day as a survivor now. Then I had to have a hysterectomy done in Sept, they thought I had ovarian cancer but it was endometriosis, so that was better. Gained most of the weight back so I want to get back on track and lose it plus more.

Glad to see you back also.
