Today, I saw a quote on someone's post that said, 'Being fat is hard. Being fit is hard. Choose your hard.' Love it!!

It is SO true. For years, I have been stressed about the fact that I overweight - and I have spent endless hours worrying about it, complaining about it, crying about it and feeling sorry for myself. One of my hobbies is comparing myself to other women, wherever I go - "I wish I could be that thin, I wish I could look that good, I wish I could wear an outfit like that." I say ENOUGH!!

I AM CHOOSING MY 'HARD' AND IT IS TO BE FIT!

My Goals:
To get down to 144 pounds.
To stop taking a nap everyday.
To be proud of myself.
To show discipline - especially in my eating, exercising and spending.
To be able to shop in regular stores.
To stop beating myself up.
To stop worrying that my husband will be embarrassed to be seen with me (the thought has probably never crossed his mind - but I am often worried about it).
To be able to cross my legs.
To be able to wear any kind Halloween costume that I want - I don't want to be limited by the Plus section.
To wear a bikini in Cancun.
To renew our wedding vows in my dream dress.
To have professional pictures taken - and believe that I am beautiful.


My Program:
I am working to stay within my calories set by Spark.
I am working to drink 8 cups of water a day.
I am working out a minimum of 4 times a week for 45 minutes.
I am working out for 10 minutes each day.
