Wow ambitious eating plan! I don't know if I could do it. Here is mine-

B- hardboiled egg, oatmeal, sm. skim latte
L- greek yogurt, pea pods, fruit
S- fiber one bar
D- Keep it light....

As for working out-

M-60 min on bike/strength training
T-V-ball practice/ 3-mile run
W- V-ball practice/ 60 min on bike
T- V-ball practice/ hockey practice
F- 5 mile walk/ kickball
S- 5 mile rollerblade/ flag football

I have so many sports! I LOVE it!!!!! :)

Glad to see you're back. I hear ya about busy, I am having trouble getting everything done. That being said, my exercise has been kick butt, my eating great during the week and terrrrrrrrible on the weekend. I just go crazy. Anyway, I am stuck too at 166-168 and back and forth. Let's lose some this week!!!! I am going low side calories, and high exercise. That birthday sounds fun, I LOVE the SD zoo!!!!

Hey friend,

Where have you been?!!!!!!!!!! Are you doing your crazy workouts? Are you losing? Are we going to be at 159 in 16 days?! I was just thinking about it and I need to put the pedal to the metal. Let's kill it for the next two weeks.
