My Goals:
After losing 40 lbs a few years ago (from 242 to 202), I have let myself slip and had gained half of the weight I had lost back. I am now deciding to get rededicate myself to my health and happiness and want to lose 50 pounds to get down to my goal weight of 170 by the end of 2012.
My Program:
I am going to the gym 4-5 times a week for approximately 40 minutes per session and also doing two of Tony Horton's Ten Minute Trainer videos each morning to add strength training and supplement my gym cardio to really shock my body in to gear. After the thirty days I plan to develop an even more comprehensive strength training program moving forward. Any suggestions would be great.
