Good for you that the number hasn't gone up! Mine has. :( I'm working on it though and trying to make some healthy changes. Right now I'm going to spin class 5 days a week, swimming twice, and yoga once. I'm trying to increase my yoga and throw in some strength training somewhere. Ugh, it's just hard because I'm a full time student and have trouble managing my time. Sometimes I'll go a week without exercising because school is so rough and all I want to do is sleep. lol. Can't wait to graduate so I can exercise more regularly. What are you doing for exercise now? What are your new goals? 1923 days ago

Yeah, there is always some play in the numbers when it comes to tracking (since there are so many variables involved), but I figure if you track on the conservative side, you can't go wrong because the worst that could happen is you've really burned MORE than you think! ;) With the bike? I would track the mileage and speed without the incline (since it wasn't consistent). WAY TO GO!
