I need to get back to the weight and fitness I was before I had knee surgery. I am taking steps forward to get exercise back in to my daily life and staying within my daily food goals. Everyday is going to be moving toward that goal and then continuing further.

My Goals:
I want to get back to a better weight and getting more active. We are now living in our house on wheels and need to take better care of myself.

Moving forward by *Staying within may calorie range daily *Stepping up my exercises *Drinking 8 + glasses of water *Tracking food and exercise daily * Doing an act of kindness daily
Personal Information:
I grew up in WI and moved to TX almost 12 yrs ago. We have one son and 2 daughters. We have 7 grandchildren. Their ages are 17, 15,13,11,4,2 and 1.
Other Information:
I love to read and will have a book near for me most of the time. We are now full timing and workkamping in our house on wheels. It has been a busy year but well worth it, looking for all adventures in the next year.
