Thanks for commenting on my blog... I wrote that when I was feeling quite depressed about the scale but I really dont want to give up on it yet. I might just have to tweak the plan a little, I hate the idea of lowering calories on an up day but I might have to. Do you count calories on your up days? Looks like you have lost some weight already, congrats!!!
