Goals for January
1. Track all of my food intake.
2. Start running again.
3. Lose between 6-8 lbs. If I lose more, I'll take it =)
5. Get at least 500-1000 fitness minutes.
6. Make sure I get at least 80 oz. of water in everyday. Been slacking in this area big time.
