The End of Over Eating by David Kessler: describes how people, places and environment influence our eating habits. Also delves into the mysteries of food science and marketing and their influence our preferences for taste and quantity.

Staying active shouldn't be a burden, it's a privilege. If you are blessed with enough
strength to walk, run or jump, then by all means, get moving. Stay active, fill your
