Lexi's Strive Toward Balance and Health

Rule 1: Read rules at least once a day.

Rule 2:Maintain a consistent sleep schedule which affords me daylight, and lots of it.

Rule 3: between 7-9 hrs of sleep a night.

Rule 4: Do a minimum 30 min of cardio a day - it doesn't have to be formal.

Rule 5: I must go out every day, unless weather is really bad or I'm sick.

Rule 6: Good food. Real food. The stuff that nature made pretty.

Rule 7: time to be productive each ...

Rule 9: Keep it real! Tell the truth to yourself AND others. Listen to your body, mind and spirit, and be honest about what they are telling you.

Rule 10: Work out before using computer, in the morning, when in NY!
