My Goals:
Goal is to lose 30 pounds and keep it off and to exercise regularly for a healthier lifestyle. Make good habits and STICK with them. Be able to jog with my husband. Tuck in a shirt and wear a belt!!!
My Program:
Drink 8 glasses of water a day, at a minimum. Make it a point to exercise at least 30 minutes, every day. Track my food intake daily and make smart choices.\ Seems like a no brainer, but all three have been difficult for me to stick with and make a lasting habit.
Personal Information:
My name is Diane and I live in Columbus, New Jersey. Married with two teenage sons. Menopause and turning 50 has done a job on my metabolism and it's now or never to get in shape.
