Thank you so much for the Goodie and the note. I'm a Minnesotan and we helped send the snow your way. (LOL) I have a comm. ctr. membership & can walk there but in the winter, I cop out and head south to water walk in warm weather when we find some here. Temps are running much below normal so kind of hard. This week and who knows how much longer, will be spent with mom in the hospital. She is very ill and they are not sure from what. Lots of testing and for me lots of stress not knowing and dealing with a ton of other issues. Eating very little as I don't have time. Hope that improves too. Again, thank you for the goodie. It is a day brightener.

Boy, are we alike! Motivation is my problem. I use my pain as an excuse at times. I find water walking is fantastic and exercising in water is pain free. Each time I go to the pool, I can walk/exercise for an hour. I also can walk in a store IF I have a shopping cart. When the back spasms hit, I have to have something to lean on. BUT I need someone to get me going a lot. Right now I am in TX. and have 2 pools available, trying to use them 3-4 times a week. At home, in MN, I do have a membership at the community center. Maybe we can help each other out, talking.

Welcome to the fibro team. I see you said you need support. I'm not sure want kind so will tell you I am here for you and want you to have success with your goals. We all have a great challange with the syndrome. I would like to suggest you go to the reading room and read the article on Women with Chronic Pain. It is very enlightening. I see you are new. Take time to check out all the tools available for us. The ones I find the most helpful are the nutrition & fitness tools. I can't use the majority of the fitness but find water walking easy and helpful with no pain involved. Please let us know what you need and we will be there for you.
