Be fit to a point where I can see muscle definition again.
Fit into all the jeans I keep buying a size or two too small as motivation (like that's worked so far... geez)
Trying to do "real food" - no packaged or artificial anything.
Cut out the damn carbs... my bread addiction is monumental.
Move. And then move some more. And then maybe have fun moving.

I happened across it one day when checking for calories on exercise. When you think of it, one may not be moving the legs but one does move arms, fingers, back and feet. So I decided to add it. Playing for a choir takes some energy :-)
