The journey begins again....August 2011

I'm here once again to shed weight and get healthy.

My Program:
Watching calories and greatly reducing chocolate intake.

Increasing the amount of bran/wheat and fruit and vegetables I eat.

I don't wish to exclude any food type, but be sensible about quantities.
I don't log every single food I eat as I know about the calorie content. I don't like feeling so restricted.

Drinking a litre and half of water a day.

Doing some cardio exercise (elliptical or walking) for at least 45 mins a session 4 times a week.

Love travelling, love pamper/spa days, like spending quality family time and shopping. I like the theatre.

WOW! You are down twenty pounds now.....that is terrific! Say a prayer for me that I do not gain when hubby and I go on vacation this Sunday for a week. I'm planning to swim, hike, canoe and use the health fitness facilities at the time share we are going to, hopefully that'll burn any naughty vacation food I eat! LOL Keep up the hard work my friend!
