Nitza's Hope
My name is Elena. I am 45 years old and am married with two girs who are my world. I heard something on Dr. Oz the other day and it really made me think. "I am hurting my child's mother". I don't want to hurt my children's mother anymore. I have diabetes, high blood pressure and high chlorestrol. I really need to take better care of myself so I can be around for my family and set a better example. I need to get my life back.

I love to read and do needlepoint but rarely find the time :( I am a yellow belt in Tae Kwon Do but have not gone to class in a while.
