    Hello. I read a post of yours on the 50's group. Let me tell you NEVER GIVE UP! I went through a tough time in 2008. I lost 49 pounds in 07 then 08 brought a lot of heartache and I gained half of it back. But I am so focused now. I've started loosing again.
    Each of us has to find what it is that works for us. One thing I do though is hang out with those who have lost the weight. Go check out my page. There are 3 people that I love to hang out with. I listen to them and it helps me. If they did it so can I.
    I know you can do this. We all can. Just keep fighting for it until you find the strength to not get discouraged.
