This is what I looked like after my last marathon weight loss; I'm too ashamed to show you me now!

The Battle Begins Yet Again!

I'm about to begin the same battle I started and finished six years ago. Back then, I rapidly gained almost 100 lbs. because I was depressed. Although I still suffer from major depressive episodes, I thought I had learned that to eat myself to death when emotions fray, apparently I did not. I've gone and gained it again!

I'm stopping by to say, "HI!" and invite you to a discussion on the Isometrics for the Rest of Us Team.

You can find the new thread for Weekly Challenge(s) under the General Discussion Forum.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you and getting any ideas you might have on the subject.

Hugs, Becky

Hello. I read a post of yours on the 50's group. Let me tell you NEVER GIVE UP! I went through a tough time in 2008. I lost 49 pounds in 07 then 08 brought a lot of heartache and I gained half of it back. But I am so focused now. I've started loosing again.
Each of us has to find what it is that works for us. One thing I do though is hang out with those who have lost the weight. Go check out my page. There are 3 people that I love to hang out with. I listen to them and it helps me. If they did it so can I.
I know you can do this. We all can. Just keep fighting for it until you find the strength to not get discouraged.
emoticon I'm cheering you on.

And I'm glad you found our 'lil team too! If only more people understood the powerful dynamics of isometrics... I think perhaps it's brushed aside for something more trendy. However, isometrics is truly a FABULOUS muscle strengthener that can be done practically anywhere, anytime! Again, welcome! emoticon
