Goals for 2011

1. Exercise at least 5 days a week
2. Finish the Biggest Loser Challenge workout (on WII) 12
week super weightloss routine
3. Drink 8 (8oz) glasses of water a day
4. lose 70 pounds this year
5. BELIEVE IN MYSELF AND COMMIT TO MYSELF TO FOLLOW
THROUGH WITH THESE GOALS
6. To God be the Glory, through him anything is possible. I will
trust in Him to give me the strength to accomplish my goals
